Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Prefy ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by RunRelay ("we", "us").

2. Service Description

Prefy provides access to AI language models via web, mobile, and desktop applications. Features include chat, memory, web search, voice input, camera analysis, and API access.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You may use your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your keys are stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest. We never transmit or store your API keys on our servers.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier includes limited daily usage.

6. Conductor API

The Conductor API is an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. API keys are issued per-user. Rate limits apply per tier. We reserve the right to suspend keys that violate fair use.

7. Privacy & Data

Your data stays on your device. We do not read, store, or train on your conversations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for: generating illegal content, spam, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy, data loss, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
